For years, a national electrical cable company in the Netherlands organized the service of their field technicians’ tools, training and vehicles at different intervals. Rather than continue to face logistical issues and loss of productivity, the client brought us in to streamline the process.
We created a custom pit stop campaign that resulted in the client achieving 1.6M€ in productivity over 40 days. The pit stop campaign:
- Trained 1,600 Stedin technicians in technical updates and safety courses to enhance their skill set.
- Serviced 1,600 vehicles
